DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Appropriate knowledge of applicable legislation including labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Will be required to deal with all aspects related to the recruitment of employees and contracts of employment, discipline, leave etc.
Compile and keep proper and appropriate records and files for all employees.
Will be a link between management and the employees.
Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Must have appropriate academic qualifications in Human Resource Management.
At least Five (5) years previous experience as HR officer, administrator or other equivalent HR position in a reputable organization.
Must possess outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong ethics, hardworking, reliable and diligent.
